These terms govern your use of Reevix (reevix.com) and its products, operated by Golam Mostafa, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Buying a product or subscribing means you accept them. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all transactions.
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract, to buy or subscribe. Buying on behalf of a company means you're confirming you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
A paid license grants you the full source code of the product(s) covered, usable in unlimited personal and client projects. One-time purchases include 12 months of updates; subscriptions include updates and new products while active.
Every product is a digital good — source code delivered by download or private GitHub repo, not a physical shipment. Access begins immediately once payment clears; there's no fulfillment delay. Because delivery is instant, the 14-day money-back guarantee (see the Refund policy) governs cancellation rather than a separate cooling-off window.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source code itself — as a product, template, boilerplate, or repository — whether modified or not. Shipped applications built with the code are yours entirely.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; access to downloads and support ends at the period close, and everything you already downloaded keeps working under its license.
Products are provided as-is. I fix reported bugs quickly and take conformance seriously, but I do not warrant uninterrupted fitness for any particular purpose. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live grant you rights that can't be waived. Payment, billing, and chargeback disputes are handled under Paddle's own terms as merchant of record.
